2005 Belgrave, Haut-Medoc

Wine Spectator awarded this wine with 91 points. This wine is full-bodied with silky tannins. The undertone of currant is noticeable with some hint of vanilla on the back of the pallate.

This wine gravitates a bit more toward "new world" flavor spectrum than classic Bordeaux. A couple of hours of decanting, this wine will unleash all that goodness.

Enjoy.
